AXFamily is an Android shared family calendar that gathers your family's events and to-dos in one place and shows who is taking care of each one.

What it does
Decide who does what
Tap "I'll do it" on a to-do so your family sees who's on it, or "Can't do it" when you can't. Check off things to bring one by one, and turn on notifications for reminders before events.
A heads-up every Sunday evening
With notifications on, every Sunday evening you see to-dos nobody took, overlapping events, deadlines and birthdays within 7 days. The list is free and doesn't count toward AI uses.
Dates and things to bring from a notice photo
Upload a photo of a school notice and AI finds its dates and things to bring. It is added only after you check it and tap Save.
Ask the AI assistant
Open "Ask the family" and ask "What am I in charge of this week?" It answers from your family's events and to-dos, shows which record it used, and says so if there's none. Ask it to add an event and it drafts one; it's saved only when you tap Save.
Trip and weekend helper
Pick where, when and who's going for a day-by-day plan, with packing, a budget and who does what. It fits around your kids' nap, meal and bed times, and marks opening hours, prices and travel times "Check details". The plan is added only after every adult on the trip says yes.
Family memories
Within a week after a trip or event, it suggests an album of its events and photos. Ask "When was our beach trip last year?" to find it. Only records of adults who agreed to AI are used.
Your items stay yours
New events and records start private. Share them with the whole family or chosen people, or pick "Time only" to show when you're busy, not what it is. No one else, even the family admin, sees your private items, not even through the AI.

Data and permissions
- Family records are never shared with advertisers. Personalized ads are shown only if you agree.
- Photos are uploaded as small copies without location data. Originals stay on your phone.
- For children under 14, names and notes aren't sent to the AI. Events and trips a child joins use an age group (like "elementary") instead of a name.
- Health records are not sent to the AI unless you turn them on, and then only your own.
- Delete your account and records in the app's Settings or from the account deletion request page. Cancel subscriptions in Google Play.

What it can't do
- AXFamily is in internal testing and not yet public on Google Play.
- AI can be wrong. AI text is labeled "AI-generated"; always check opening hours, prices and travel times yourself.
- AI uses are shared by the family and refill on the 1st of each month. Daily limits apply (20 per person, 30 per family).
- AXFamily isn't made by a school. Upload the notices you receive yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Do kids need an account?
No. Kids are added as profiles without signing in, and they don't need a phone. Accounts are for adults aged 19 or older.
Can I use it without AI?
Yes. Events, to-dos and reminders all work without AI. AI turns on only for adults who each agree to it.
Can my partner see my private events?
No. Items you keep private can't be seen by anyone else, even the family admin, and don't show up when someone else asks the AI.
How do I delete my account?
Delete it in the app's Settings or request it from the account deletion request page. Cancel subscriptions separately in Google Play.
